Yes, I have other accounts opened but I cannot enter this poc. The other poc is opened but I am banned from the other ones by the IP address and although my account was unbanned, I did not fix this.

I don't think they can fix that issue, because a friend told me the email was deleted, it should have worked if the email was deleted, so it could be just a virus.
