add "display name" and "username" to the game. it may help moderation in the following way:

-username can only be changed using gems or IRL money
-you cannot use different fonts and/or fancy characters on username (only underscore [_] and full stop [.] are allowed)
-you can use different fonts and/or fancy characters on display name

also add "User ID", it may help by the following way:

-a string of random number and letters that identifies a user,
-make User ID unable to change when someone is deleting account or re-installing the game
