appeal to old players 

1. what do you dislike about the POC at the moment ( December 2020 )?

2. since when did the POC start to deteriorate and why ? 

3. what should be done to improve the POC ?

P.S. after reading 7 posts about the deterioration of POC, I noticed that all the old players say that the PC has become worse , but no one tries to offer new ideas, neither old nor new players try to do anything but say that the game has become worse
