Since you removed ips from the game, my idea of making an item that acts like a ip that you deleted in game will be better game experience. Instead of drinking ip why not a "1 usable orb" that carries items along with you and the items. The shape would look like ender pearl but glowing green like ip so its better than reviving like non-escape totem users.
NAME OF ITEM:
IPO (Inventory Protection Orb) or
STATS: ONCE A PLAYER DIES, IT CARRIES YOU AND ITEMS ALONG WITH YOU, It will give only 2 options:
-Respawn on spawn
-Respawn on homepoint
But if a player dies without a orb, nothing... they lost everything.
